Governing various requirements of the crew members — providing them with personal entertainment-welfare services, regular medical checkup and treatments — which in result provides stability to their mental and physical being, enhancing their work output.
Undertaking hold cleaning jobs at all Indian ports. Providing the owners / operators of the vessel with various updates on port charges (Proforma Disbursement Account) across different ports in India — forecasting additional expenses that can be levied on the vessel based on conditions in and around the port, so owners understand even the small details of expenses and how to save cost where reduction is possible. Timely pre-declaration and updated arrival information of upcoming vessels with customs, immigration, quarantine officers, port and all entities related with the particular voyage — creating ease of business once the vessel is at port.
